Can my rent be hand delivered?
No.
What is a postmark date, which is the date you go by to determine if rent is on time?
It indicates the day the post office took custody of a piece of mail. Just dropping in the box at the post office doesn't mean they will pick it up that day.
When is rent due?
It is due on the 1st of each month.
Do you accept Section 8?
No.
How long does it take to know if we qualify once we submit an application?
Typically 2 business days.
Is there an application fee?
No.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. One pet with owner approval, $250 non-refundable pet deposit and $25/month pet rent.
What fees are due up front?
Deposit and first month's Rent.

Our pet policy is you are allowed 1 inside pet. If you have any pets, it is an extra $250 deposit per pet. No pets deemed aggressive will be accepted. No exotic pets will even be considered. Please contact us to further discuss our policy.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If there is a smoke smell in the house you will lose your entire deposit, no exceptions.
